At The Kitchen Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools and appliances. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
